Low back, sacroiliac joint, hip, knee and foot pain are common areas of client discomfort.  This 16-hour lower body course begins with an in-depth exploration of front and back fascia meridians and the role they play in posture. We will discuss their functional and dysfunctional patterns, practice postural assessment, create treatment plans, and choose and apply fascia focused techniques. Build on the foundation of an isolated view of muscle locations and actions, to a more holistic global view of the fascia body. Notice compensation patterns, fascia connections and restrictions that contribute to pain patterns and loss of function.

 The hands-on approach of the course is structured like a group mentoring session. Each therapist will participate as both a client and therapist. The first day we will complete individualized assessments, evaluate client patterns, record results on a body map, create a treatment plan, practice and receive techniques, and evaluate postural post treatment results.
